Judge Dick Ambrose has been serving as Judge of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas since 2004. During his initial term as judge, the Cleveland Plain Dealer aptly described the former Cleveland Browns linebacker as "One of the Court's Rising Stars." In November 2006, the citizens of Cuyahoga County signaled their clear approval of Judge Ambrose's job performance by electing him by a wide margin to continue his good work for the balance of the term ending in January 2011. Judge Dick Ambrose now has the mandate of the people to carry on with his mission to effectively administer justice and treat people with fairness, honesty and respect.
